‘The Open Air Dairy’ has developed out of a friendship formed when Tom Foot and Neil Grigg met at the Seale Hayne Faculty, University of Plymouth in Devon where they both studied agriculture.

Tom and Neil’s milk is supplied to Ford Farm, Litton Cheney (part of the Barber family business) where it is made into cheese.
